Stayed at the Premier Inn T5 as we had early morning flight. Arrived in the afternoon and found the staff to be polite and professional. The room was clean and comfy same as the bed. I liked the fact that they had a Costa Coffee by reception. All in all a great stay and good sleep!!

Stayed here followed by a night at the Renaissance so I can directly compare the two. The latter hotel was twice the price, yet it was worn and tatty. This hotel was fresh, clean, the beds were comfortable and the room was quiet. There were ample facilities downstairs and the inclusive breakfast was excellent. Staff were polite and accommodating.
