Spent a peaceful night at the Eden House and would recommend it. Lovely, bright, clean rooms and cosy lounge, very comfortable bed and fantastic full English breakfast to send us on our way. Emma was very welcoming and friendly. A great place to stay.

Just brilliant. Lovely people and a lovely place to stay. The room was clean and tidy whilst breakfast was excellent. Pickering is a great place to spend a few evenings too with a great selection of restaurants and bars.

I only stayed one night, but it was thoroughly enjoyable. Room was impeccable, and the decor all round (room and in general) was tasteful and relaxed. My breakfast was served politely and quickly, and tasted excellent. This is B&B at its very highest, and I challenge you to find better!
