A nice new Travelodge, very close to Train station and beautiful views over the Peak District. Rooms are massive, clean and bathroom facilities good. The only two drawbacks were the noise from passing trains and sunlight down the sides of the blinds which woe me up, bed however was very comfortable

This is very central so you can walk very quickly to the town centre, the train station is nearly opposite and the main road is very close too. Located in an old mill which has been brushed up and polished, this travelodge is one of the more modern ones. Excellently situated for the rail station, only a 5 minute walk into town, parking opposite. i would say convenient and comfortable enough rather than plush !

The room was good and big..but there was no place to eat in the hotel....either you eat outside and or you get something from takeaway....the staff was also not friendly at all...the breakfast was same every day with no variation...its opposite the station so in that way its convenient but no service at all!!
