Fantastic location and beautiful hotel from the outside and ground floor but on reaching the second floor where we stayed, we found it a little tired looking and in need of refurbishment. We stayed in a very small room with again outdated facilities. Bar very expensive and breakfast overpriced though very nice. Very disapointing for what we paid. More

The overall experience was that of an average three star hotel, not a four. And seriously, the rooms are quite small so I don't think it would take that much longer to clean a few stains and marks from the seats, table, carpet and bed throw. I've stayed here twice and it's in a nice location in good reach of Richmond centre. Plus side is the location and nice rooms coupled with the events they do on occasion. Minis side. Breakfast was rather poor would leave it off the bill if we went again. More
