A warm welcome from Frances and a comfortable room made us feel very at home. The breakfast was ENORMOUS and served in style in a lovely dining room.

Great breakfast shame the rooms are not thoroughly cleaned! It all felt and looked grubby and spoils a lovely place.

We stayed at Newark Farm while walking the Southern Upland Way and enjoyed everything from the warm and friendly welcome, through spacious rooms and quiet surroundings to the best breakfast on the entire walk. There was too much for four of us to eat so Frances provided baps for lunchtime bacon sarnies!

Stayed for a night with friends whilst cycling JOG-LE .. Big old farmhous with loads of character .. It also caters for campers & caravans .. Lovel;y big bedroom & Extremely large breakfast in the morning ; we were even given filled rolls to send us on our way .. All for just £24 a night .. Great value ..
