This is a beautifully situated B & B with really nice rooms, and great views but.... At the price one is entitled to a breakfast which is served, not just make it yourself provisions. If it is to be only DIY then there ought to be decent plunger coffee, not instant, and jam in individual pots not cling wrap covered... More

The large sliding doors are double glazed and allow lovely rural and ocean view from inside the room. We had a fabulous stay and loved soaking up the incredible view on our patio in the morning. The rooms are really beautiful and the location five minutes from the Bruny Island ferry was very convenient. We will highly recommend. More
