We used our American Express reward points and were treated royally. The hotel and the entire La Defense complex is amazing. The service at the hotel was impeccable. “One of the best but could be better..”

Nice hotel with big rooms (rare in Paris), an excellent service in the reception and the room, nice bathroom (with shower and bathtub), bathrobe... It has a gym 24/7 and a nice view of la defence... You don't have wifi in the room, that was disappointing (you have to pay 20eur per day.)..

We stayed at Hilton La Defense for 7 nights while celebrating our aniversary in Paris. Convenient location right on Metro Line 1. The entire staff was friendly and accomodating. “Expensive and weird location”

The hotel overall is very clean. The rooms are normal hilton standard. Wifi is very expensive. Be aware that he hotel is located inside a shopping centre. Over priced and not related for being a HH member.

Even though the hotel is situated in an ideal location, which is quite convenient with Metros and RER trains, service at the hotel was really disappointing. Stayed here for 4 days to attend a conference. Check-in was smooth becuase everything was in order. They take a credit card authorisation for 50$/night at check in. Room was fine.
