Fabulous hostel (more like a hotel!) and location. The family running this hostel are fantastic, really welcoming and helpful. I stayed here during my Umbria trip for three nights and I absolutely loved it. First of all, the fattoria is on the Isola Polvese, it's a beautiful place, very clean, good facilities.
