The Ambasciatori is a good standard 4* hotel. The staff are very friendly and unfailingly helpful. Food was very adequate is not spectacular and plenty of it. We stayed there as part of a touring group. Some people had to be moved to new rooms because of the ant infestation. Breakfasts are bare bones. Many of the rooms have a shower in a bathtub with no shower curtain, resulting in a huge soggy mess after every shower. Desk staff is not particularly helpful. Avoid if possible. More
