We stayed at the Hotel Sirenetta in April 2012 and found it to be great value for money with clean rooms and friendly efficient staff who spoke English. The staff is very friendly and the service is very good. The room is simple but spacious and very clean. The balcony had a great view of the beach. The city (Giardini Naxos) is close to Taormina-Giardini (train station) and Etna nord. It´s a good option and good price. I liked to stay there.
