I'm sure other reviews will state the locality of this hotel is a little far from Venice. They do offer a shuttle which is free, but be warned you have to book to get on, and its a 6 seat mini van. The bus which is across the road runs frequently but you are looking at a near half hour... More

Old and scabby hotel, very small and uncomfortable rooms and bathrooms. Not very clean! Breakfast is very poor as well, you should eat at a place nearby. The only plus is free shuttle bus to Venice in the morning. Back to the hotel you can come by public bus, station is just outside hotel. More

Good hotel, good location, good service. Cleaned rooms, great breakfast, staff very kind. But around the hotel there is nothing to do, just a small restaurant, not so funny. By car +/- 15 min to Venice Piazzale di Roma, by bus +/-30 min ( but the bus runs in front of the hotel each hour). More

The hotel was clean and well maintained. The only major issue was that huge insects were coming out from the air conditionning vent in our room. We even found those same insects in the staircase area which is unacceptable. I think the hotel needs a good insect cleaner. On a positive note, the breakfast was excellent and the staff at... More

This year Florence and Venice imposed a hotel tax on tourists which they collect when you check in. When we checked into the Palladio, the man at the desk told us we had to pay the Venice tax of 5 Euros per night, per person, times 8 nights. This was a total of 80 Euros. I told him I knew... More

We spent one night in this hotel before we joined a cruise from Venice and a further two nights at the end of the cruise. The room we were in on the first night, whilst far from being luxurious, appeared relatively clean, but when I woke next morning I discovered that I had been very badly bitten. I'm not sure... More

My family and I all went to Venice and we wanted somewhere cheaper and out of town. The best we could come up with was this hole, with prostitutes on every corner and a funfair bursting out dance music till three AM. The worst place I have ever been to and we won't be coming back. More

We spent in Palladio 4 days and they were really wonderful!!!!!! The hotel is situated not far away from Venice: it takes 15-20 minutes in bus to get to piazzale Roma: regional buses go once an hour (you can fint their schedule in the hotel and at the bus stop). You can also book a transfer at the reception, but... More

I would like to make it known how unprofessional I find this "hotel." They've just canceled a reservation made a month ago with less than 2 days until we arrive. We are now forced to look for a new hotel in Venice a week before Easter. The only positive side is that, I won't have to stay at such a... More

The hotel is really far from the train station- at least 30-minutes on the bus and it cost a fair bit in taxi fares also. But what upset us the most was the cleanliness of the room- the bathroom floor and shower floor and shower walls were covered in other people's pubic hairs. They weren't ours, because they were there... More
