We stayed here three nights. Can't fault the place. Was great access to Venice, only a short walk to train station and a 15 minute ride to Venice. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Free wifi and parking a bonus. Lorenza was really helpful. Would recommend this as a great place to stay and good value for money.

Casa Villa Gardena is wonderful - beautifully furnished, very comfortable, good breakfast and very friendly. Within walking distance to the train station. We ate locally in a recommended resturant which was excellent value. One slight problem, our key to the outside door did not work but we eventually got in.
