It is a lovely place. Good location, nice staff, good breakfast. The room was perfect with its view at the piazza. But the negative thing is a very bad air conditioning, it has no effect with the very hot weather

The staff is very freindly. There is parking for your car. There is a close by shuttle to Venice (200 meters walk). The hotel is in a nice Piazza with many restaurants & shops. It's a very good place to stay if you are in Venice for a few nights.

The location is great... You can shop nearby n during my visit there were small morning market... Lots of fruits.. Fresh i guest...the hotel within the piazza.. Great location in Mestre, with easy access to buses into Venice and from/to airport. Very friendly and helpful, including help with luggage. Breakfast was the best in our 12 day trip in Venezia, the woman in charge was cheerful and a delight to have around at breakfast time. Room comfortable and size fine.

I have been staying at the Vivit on business for years..... Great location, friendly staff and good value. The Piazza has everything from shops to bars and decent places to eat as well as an ice cream seller and an Irish bar for the sport and beer. I stayed here 4 nights on work. There isn't a lift, so you have to carry your baggage up yourself. But the guy at the reception gives a hand.
