Spacious, clean room perfect for our family of four. Gabriele and Elisa were wonderful, pleasant, very accommodating to our schedule and gave us clear directions for how to use the transport in to Venice -- a short walk to the bus and just about a 10 minute ride. We would definitely stay there again.

Our room was perfectly sized, with a lovely new bathroom and clean towels daily. The breakfast at the local patisserie was a great idea as there were no restrictions on what time breakfast was available. But the best part was Gabriele's help. It was a beautiful, clean and comfortable B&B. Not in Venice but just a 12minute bus ride away and the bus stop is just a 5 min walk from the B&B. Gabriele and Elisa were great hosts. The room is perfect, quiet, clean and confortable. The bus stop is near the B&B and its only a 10 min. bus ride to Venezia. Gabriele gaved us good tips, directions and drove us to the train station. We recommand Happyrooms B&B!
