Replace the 'cook', clean the showers and provide PROPER towels DAILY,..and they may get away with it! The Evening meals are average and the breakfasts aren,t even worth looking at, let alone eating. The 'cook' has a 'take it or leave it' attitude and complaints to the manager are met with a shrug of the shoulders in typical Italian style!

The hotel is situated near the park and the center of Montecatini terme. It looks nice from the outside, it has a small lobby with a cafe and the breakfast room.
