Terrible stuff, breakfast, dinner, room etc. Only one think was good enough: The bathroom was clean. But the headresser was out of order... More

We booked our 5th trip through Gate 1 Travel, and we did the fly and drive to Tuscany, great car Alfa Romeo, and the hotel and town of Montecatini was great!!! a GPS is a must, we bought the upgrade through Amazon and it was flawless, the hotel was modern, neat and clean, and very centrally located, breakfast included, yogurt,... I honestly had high expectations after reading so much positive reviews about this hotel, and after 1 night stay, I was sorely disappointed. The city itself was very beautiful (you must try to restaurant La Torre, which is located at the mountain top, and it serves the most delicious and amazing Italian cuisine that I have ever had.. Highly recommended).... More

Nice inn in the centre of Monetcatine, 2 minutes walk from the restaurants and shops of this gorgeous city! - highly recommended inn, nice rooms and right in the middle of the gorgeous city of Montecatini. Reasonably priced to not miss out on and is very closely placed to all the nice shopping parts of the city. If you require... More

I recently returned from a 6 night stay at the Tuscany Inn. The young staff is very friendly and helpful. The morning breakfast buffet is tasty. The restaurant staff cook eggs and bacon upon request. The town of Montecatini Terme is a quiet break from the bustle of Florence. It is a 45 minute train ride from the heart of... More

Small cute and clean rooms, cheap underground parking - really nice and fast room service. WIFI is not free though, but fair price. Near train stations that can take you within hour to Florance or Forte Di Marmi We loved it and really will consider to come back again if we are near. More

The hotel had manually turned off all heat and air in the rooms so we had no control over how cold or hot the room became. Complimentary breakfast was okay but very limited. Desk staff friendly and somewhat helpful. Well located for walking downtown. Hotel never seemed very clean, though. Uncomfortable beds. Next to tracks with loud and frequent train. More

We ended up in this hotel after we could not find any hotels in Florence. Our driving experience in Florence was a definitely one to remember. Montecatini Terme is a small town with a hill town called Montecatini Alto. This town has a "billion" hotels quoting a local and to be true I don't think he's that far off. The... More

Just returned from 6 nights 10/7/10. The Hotel is tucked off a side street that added a hour to our first day trying to find it. First the positive. Modern Hotel with A/C. Underground parking lot included in price. Dinner in hotel was good and a deal at 15 euro each. Front desk staff helpful . Plenty of hot water... More

We liked the Tuscany Inn very much, Montecatini-Termi is a great central location for all points Tuscany whether you have a car or would use the train. Day trips can readily be reached to go as far as Cinque Terre to the northwest or Siena to the south and Florence is easily reached by train 40 mins. east. No need... More
