Room and lobby are ok, but room wi-fi does not work (even though reception hands out codes pretending that it does - only after bringing up problem did reception confirm that room wi-fi not working). No English TV channels - have Sky box to pick up but not working. No tissues in room. Mattress very hard. Otherwise, room clean.

The hotel is in a very convenient location with good private space. It is recently restructured with good taste. The hotel staff is friendly and efficient, we have been offered an upgrade and got plenty of support. Surely something to recommend if you pass by Novara.

Modern hotel in centre of Novara with private parking. Efficient and comfortable. Restaurant recommended in their sister hotel is 1 km away but did have an excellent meal and there did not seem to be many other options.

The bed was two single beds put together and it wasn't very comfortable at all. The emergency lights kept coming on in the room during the night which I found to be very disruptive. The room also didn't come with soap; I guess they only take soap deliveries on Tuesday and I stayed on a Monday...At least they left me... More

I stayed at the Cavour for a month in November whilst on business and without doubt the best hotel in the area. 1 min from the train station which is 45min from Milan(7 Euros) and 1:15min (12 Euros) from Turin.
