We just spent a family vacation at the Grones, Ortisei. The hospitality of all the staff is impeccable. Every service perosnnel showed great courtesy. The rooms, the pool and spa, the garage and all other facilities are very convenient, very well kept, and comfortable. The quisine is very hight standard. We enjoyed our vacation tremendously.
