Brilliant location, huge rooms, great views & simple breakfast with fresh fruit. Padre Tonino was lovely and very patient with our attempts at speaking Italian. At the price, it's well worth it. Would recommend staying here to anyone.

We booked this guest house because of it's location in the centre of Orvieto so very close to the main sights, restaurants and bars. High, quiet rooms. Helpful staff. Frescoes on the roof of breakfast room. Amazing views, either towards Piazza del Duomo or green hills south of Orvieto. Next to the cathedral in the central of beautiful Orvieto. And at this price! Unbelievable. Even if the breakfast was bare, this was an excellent choice.

We are just wrapping up or visit to Orvieto at Villa Mercede. You couldn't ask for a better place especially for the price. Large rooms and very large bathroom, both have amazing views. Very quiet, right next to the Duomo.
