Instead of staying in Positano, consider staying somewhere closer to Naples and taking a boat ride or day car rental to see the Amalfi coast. The title "Grand" was given when it was built. The architect made a stunning, marvellous job. Design Furniture from the '50 is still displayed, but it's like it all was sealed up then.
