I was also on this trip. I asked for Tea bags!! Would not recommend this to anyone . Food inedible. Rooms cold . Everything locked . Did not even see swimming pool. We stayed at this hotel in September 2011 and found it a nice hotel with friendly staff the room was large with a balcony you could actually sit on and a view over the gardens and mountains. A nice hotel that had friendly and efficient staff. The menu was average but I never had to order the omlette which was on offer if you didn't like what was on that evening.
