Clean, new, great location, internet, TV, air conditioning, and a balcony (depending on your room), and the price, just amazing. What a gem to have found, thanks to all the other TA reviews...Don't be fooled by the price, this place is everything everyone says it is. Perfect.

The hotel is very clean and friendly. The location is perfect to see San Remo.
Jessica was always so happy and helpful.
Would recommend it to anyone visiting San Remo, Italy.
