the San Luca hotel is by far one of the best we have stayed in throughout Italy,
our room had a beautiful view of the distant mountains from the balcony and through the large bathroom a view of the courtyard gardens.
on entering you are presented with the courtyard which is a nice sunny feature.

Lovely hotel with friendly staff, esp the main guy on reception. Nice breakfast and we ate it in a fantastic, sunny courtyard. Great value at only eur100 for the double room. Located at the edge of Spoleto just a few minutes walk from the main areas.
