The location is fantastic just out of the rush of town but close enough to get their in a few minutes. Beautiful, peaceful and serene vista over the Umbrian countryside, lovely outlook when you open the windows from the bedrooms. Fabulous, large patio with a covered gazebo and outdoor settings either for having breakfast or just soaking up the sun....
