Upon arrival we stood outside for 10 minutes as there was a sign requesting to contact staff to gain access but our phones weren't able to place any call.
Luckily a gentleman shown up, unlocked the door and took us to the room, but this smelled very bad.
We requested if it was possible to have a different room but...
