We stayed threee nights at Le Renoir last november. We got a very very big room on the upper floor. Very good american/english buffet breakfast. Five minutes walking to the medieval centre of Sarlat. And the staff helped us with the restaurants. Recommended.

We only stayed one night but had a great time in Sarlat. Lots of great wandering in old town. We discovered a local Pizzeria across the street from the hotel, interesting selection on thin crust with a pichet of vin rouge, perfect! The hotel room was spacious, bathroom was updated. We also enjoyed a leisurely excellent breakfast with good coffee.

Sarlat la Caneda is a must see if you're visiting France. The town itself is delighful and there are many interesting places to visit in the surrounding area.
