Had dinner here tonight, despite the poor reviews in French, choice good, clean linen, food pleasant, and well presented, ample servings. Not that bad at all, but then again a little expensive and 'misses' slightly. Sancerre wine 34 euros a bottle is steep, house wine is quite bad really imho. Was not staying, so cannot comment on rooms. Generally acceptable.

Rooms a bit small but adequate for the price, service friendly, very convenient location. However, stay here for the food and wine which are superb. Choice of several menus at fixed price plus a la carte.
