We stayed here recently for the second time whilst taking part in a music event in Macon over a long weekend. A business-type hotel set in parkland and overlooking a main river on the outskirts of Macon town. Bedroom was clean and adequate for our needs, but glad that we booked a superior room with queen-sized bed on the one... More

but that's all. Staff is friendly and competent, but the rooms are relatively small and the building is old and needs serious rrenovation: our bath room was stinking hhorribly and the staff new it // we were offered our breakfast in compensation? The location is convenient, but don't spend extra money for the river view, we saw it from our... More

We stayed at this hotel as an overnight stop in this famous town whilst returning from a ski trip to the Alps. The hotel was a little bit further away from the centre of town than we thought .. not that important for an overnight stay though. We decided to eat in the hotel restaurant and that was quite a... Stayed here on business for a couple of nights. Room adequate if somewhat dated - the Park Inn colour scheme runs through the whole hotel from bedding to furnishings to the crockery on the table and the vivid red/ green/ yellow etc gets a bit wearing. Breakfast is adequate but not inspiring. Check in/ out pretty good - I arrived... More

Beds were comfy, room size was average. The dinner included in our Cosmos tour was disgusting - a cold, slimy mushroom/eggplant concoction as an appetizer and a tiny serving of tough beef bourginon as an entree, but dessert was a lovely molten choclate cake. I couldn't eat most of the meal, there were no vending machines in the hotel, no... More

We stayed here for one night as part of a Cosmos tour. The tour was on its way to Paris so it was a convenient overnight stopover. There was juice on arrival. This was the highlight. The room was small and the air conditioning was very noisy. Hotel instructions were to keep windows closed overnight to avoid robberies so we... More

I found this to be a very nice place to stay. When our tour group arrived they had juice to welcome us. The hotel is right by the beautiful river. It is a WONDERFUL walk if you like nature or people watch (right by the rowing team, you can watch people row). The hotel was quiet, clean, and comfortable. We... More

Room 214, Cosmos Tour. Had a meal here which was average as well as the breakfast. The room was great and alongside the river. great opportunity to walk along the river with wonderful views etc. Felt sorry for the barman as he seemed to have too much to do. Took awhile to get a drink but always with a smile.... More

Located by the river away from the main road the Park Inn was easily found. Macon in April was pretty all the trees in blossom and the flower beds in bloom. We were allocated a room on the third floor and checked it out before getting our baggage in. The room was quite pleasent and clean although on the small... More
