It was one of my worst travel experience in my Life. Hotel Itineraires is the worst possible place to stay. The rooms are dark, dingy and very very small. The hotel staff was very very confused about everything. They dont even change the towels. The internet connection does not wark and the Hotel staff would say there is some problem... More

This hotel is posted as a 3-star hotel. But if I were the person to categorise hotels I would struggle to give this a 1 star! It was filthy, the room smelled musty, the toilet smelled of urine, the shower was full of fungus and the price was still a 3-star price! ... need I continue? More

We decided to stay there because of the price - can't say that's not a benefit. However, it ended up being a very expensive trip because of this hotel. First, location: It's a few blocks away from the *Nanterre Prefecture* metro (RER to be exact) stop, which is in zone 3. This means that each day you'll pay about 4Euros... More

I don't know who they had to bribe to get 3 stars for this hotel - two stars would be GENEROUS. This is a one-star hotel that is situated in an industrial/business district. It's an odd place for a hotel. It's on the second floor, up stairs, no elevator, and if you didn't know it was there, you'd walk right... More

Still no lift or escalator to Reception, so luggage had to be carried up several flights of external steps. Reception area ok but no Bar so unable to buy a drink or coffee, the Restaurant was closed. The lift smelt very nasty, very tatty corridors to rooms, card system door lock didn't work, no hand towels (had to request them),... More

I stayed a few times in this 2 stars hotel because it was conveniently located near the offices in Nanterre, at the back of La Défense. The area is totally unappealing (except for a big park) and in fact not so safe at night (this suburban area is deserted in the evenings) and the hotel (like the area) doesn't have... More

We had a 3 night reservation for a twin bedded room. We slept every night in another room. Upon arival (quite late, we were tired) we had a single bedroom. The dutymanager was not able (willing) to do anything. Next morning we were rebooked in a twin beddedroom. This part went quite easily. After a night sleep we left for... More

We were tempted by the fantastic price - 55 Euros for a family of 4 in August. We had no problems - the room was clean and comfortable, if a little cramped when we had the pull-out bed out for the children. The shower was fine and the staff were friendly. We got free parking on the street outside (August... More

We arrived at this hotel at 10 pm the reception area was ok after four flights of stairs to get to it. Having asked how we got our luggage p were told up the stairs! We were given directions to our room down a very dark unlit corridor. The room was filthy scum on the bathroom door and toilet door,... More

After flying to Paris from Houston, stopped here to drop off our luggage. Elevator to lobby broken, had to carry up luggage up a few flights of stairs. The room was very depressing, tv didn't work, walls were paper thin, you could hear people using the restroom. No air conditioning, we had to prop the windows open with a plastic... More
