Sure of his team, General Manager Yves Lacheret leaves a note in your room that unless you are fully satisfied your stay will be free. At the reception desk "all smile" Gilda goes out of her way to make sure you get the room according to your specifications. “Great ending”

The Novotel was everything advertised. Almost in the terminal, quiet, good rates, friendly and helpful staff, and a fine restaurant. This is the way to end a trip and catch your plane out the next day. More

The room was a standard Novotel room. There wasn't too much to complain about within the room. However we were very unimpressed with the restaurant. This is the best airport hotel I have ever stayed at. It is clean and comfortable. You can get room service 24 hours; the food is excellent. This hotel is great. It is really easy to find in the CDG airport complex and because it is in the ariport complex, there is no waiting around for a shuttle bus to take you to your hotel. We stayed here the night before an early morning departure from CDG. The hotel is two quick shuttle (train) stops from terminal 2. The room was clean and ample enough for 4 of us to sleep and there was storage room for our 7 suitcases. The hotel restaurant was nice, but it was busy on the night we were there... More
