The hotel itself is very nice, with nice comfortable rooms.
However travelling as a family of 4 (2 young children) I was quite frustrated when we were continually only given 2 towels for the room. I was able to get more but had to do this daily.
Also very annoying was trying to order room service from the kids menu....

We stayed here for two nights enroute to Majorca on a coach tour. It was nicer than our Majorcan hotel. The beds were comfy with lots of pillows. The breakfast was good and the staff helpful.

This hotel is a pretty good value and it is clean. It is a bit far from the major attractions in Paris. There are free shuttles to the orly airport which does have a Paris metro terminal. Our family tried to go that way to save money but to connect from the orly terminal to the main paris metro zones...

I have stayed here a few times recently and the hotel is ok. It has it's good and bad points. The restaurant is good, with most of the a la carte options being very tasty. The rooms itself are comfy, spacious and clean.

We had an overnight stay before flying out from Orly airport. We had to wait for quite a while for the shuttle bus - partly because people pushed in front of us and filled the first one that arrived before we had a chance to board with our kids and luggage.
