Comfortable hotel with kind and helpful staff. Pleasant and well appointed room, good restaurant and a convenient underground car park. The only irritation was a misplaced bill from the restaurant that delayed my departure from the hotel in the morning.

I don't usually tend to stay in chain hotels but Mercure Atrial Arras was a very good choice. We got a good price through the internet, the hotel is very well located, short walk from the main squares. Rooms are comfortable and clean. It has the guaranteed standard of a chain hotel. Staff were very friendly.

Very well situated near the station and easy walking distance to the centre and squares. The hotel staff were very efficient and friendly. I would certainly go back - though not in March as the town seems to be closed!

Hotel excellent but difficult to find parking as Hotel is in town centre and is without it's own car park. The food in the evening was excellent and good value. Breakfast had a large choice of hot and cold food from a serve yourself buffet.
