We booked online thru Expedia and even spoke to a rep to ensure that the guaranteed late arrival was in effect and that they still had 24hrs check in. What a strange hotel! The room was big and the bed was comfortable but there was no washhand basin in with the toilet; the screen on the bath was the opposite side to the shower so everytime you have a shower you soak the place; the room was cold and I couldn't work out how to work the radiator; the... The hotel and room itself was great. Very clean, good, large space considering it's in Europe. Separate living room and bedroom areas. However, the kitchenette was very disappointing.
