Needs renovating. Rooms not the cleanest, quite downmarket, some of the bathrooms really need gutting. Some plumbing issues, and unpleasant smells in the corridors from the drains/toilets.
Beds are basic and quite hard. Not a luxury hotel by any stretch, but adequate for families and groups who are more interested in the skiing than the decor.

I spent one week at 'Les Clarines' with my family. The staff was very young but quite helpful and motivated. They organised some activities for kids and adults (games, visits to some local markets, streching session, etc.)
