I found the hotel staff to be very friendly. The room was disappointing for the money in that compared to other hotels it was small and quite gloomy. This was our second visit. Serge, Nadia and team offer great hospitality. The new ski room is greatly improved and throughout the hotel there is continuous improvement. Well worth a visit. More

Lovely hotel.
