Couldn't get a better location, as close as you can be to the lifts, and loads of restaurants close by. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Great breakfast

Great location! Nice restaurant down stairs with little snack bar. It's so close the slopes, people come here to take a lunch / dink breaks! The hotel staff are very very friendly and helpful. The hotel is nicely refurbished, but the bathrooms and ski lockers could be better. It's also little bit pricey, but I guess you can't beat the...

Ours was a 'lads' ski trip but actually quite laid back (all in mid 40's). Longer transfer from geneva than we are used to (c. 3 hours) but this was more than compensated for by the really central location close to the main lifts. No queues at lifts, good snow and really varied terrain with lots of extra features like...

We couldn't believe just how lucky we were in choosing this hotel. This was our first stay in Tignes Le Lac and the whole experience was perfect for us. As regards the hotel, the management & staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay and on our last day, we were offered luggage storage and showering and changing facilities...

We stayed for one night at Le Refuge as we wanted to fit in an extra day's ski-ing before going to our rental appartment. The staff could not have been more helpful in facilitating this, storing our luggage after we had checked out until we returned from ski-ing in the evening. We took a family room, which was in fact...

This is a good, well run hotel in the best location imaginable in Tignes. It fronts onto the centre of Tignes, and it's a 50m walk to all the lifts, shops, swimming pool and ski school. Mme Capucine runs a tight ship for her international clientele.
Best points:
- Location, location, location
- Rooms clean, nice and not too shoebox-y...

The Hotel was one we had stayed at before, and were glad we could rebook over the half-term week. We had a family suite, for me, my wife and our two grown daughters. It comprised a main bedroom (~140 sq. ft.) furnished with twin beds, writing desk and two chairs and an easy chair. There was a large built in...

Warm welcome and warmer room with balcony overlooking lifts. Fair sized room with ample built in wardrobe space. Restaurant for breakfast has lovely views of mountains. Good sauna, steam room, jacuzzi were a welcome resting place at the end of the day; bath robes on request.
Ski lifts; parking (P3) (pre-book a ticket with hotel and swipe out at barrier...

I stayed in a 3 bed room for a week in mid Jan with my wife and a friend. The hotel is across the road from the "Aeroski" lift in Tignes Le Lac which provides superb connections with the whole Espace Killy ski resort. Handily the free resort bus stops right outside the hotel and we made use of this...

Well... where shall I start? Blood stained blanket ? Cleaning our room while we went to breakfast and ignoring our efforts to somehow get back into the room? Old stained bed sheets? The worst mattress ever? Dirty breakfast tables? And for a grand finale - ignoring, at check out, a phone price quote, by claiming that a clerk was wrong,...
