“Very nice place in a small town”

The apartment we stayed in was spotless and quite large. Gianni was very friendly and helpful and made us feel welcome immediately. It is an excellent base for day excursions in the area. We would definitely stay there again.

My husband was ill when we arrived and Gianni called the doctor. He was coming and give advise So we had an very good stay again in Cergua Rosara Residence. We enjoyed our days there even the weather was not so nice as last year. We come back again !! good service and nice apartment. Thanks Thanks

A real oasis in the heart of Umbria. I enjoyed sport (walking, biking), travelling around and having relax. I will come back soon to try the amazing pool!! Gianni, the owner is a real and warm host and make you to feel at home.
