I have booked in to the Beamish several times over the last 4 months, and would recommend it for anyone working in the surrounding area. The only thing it lacks is a gym,... More

My wife recently booked us a 'Deluxe' room for £170 for our wedding anniversary. I proposed to my then fiance in the grounds of Beamish Hotel last year so we were very much looking forward to a rare romantic weekend just the two of us away from our child (we have a 2 year old). Upon arriving at approx 5pm... More

We stayed at The Beamish Hall Hotel to celebrate our friends' wedding. The wedding was special, personal and beautifully presented. We booked to stay over just weeks before and got a very competitive price on bed and breakfast. The room was spacious, clean and quiet, with views over the lawns. As it snowed heavily during the day and evening the... More

My wife and I celebrated our wedding here and felt like the most important people in the world! Nothing was too much trouble and the day was professionally run from start to finish. Our room was beautiful and the food was amazing. Recommended.

We decided to go to the Beamish Hall Hotel for a meal and it was superb, the chicken was cooked to perfection and the vedgetables and gravy just right. We would definately go again, the service was good, the staff very friendly... More

We enjoyed our stay at Beamish Hall. Loved the antiques and beautiful period decor and furniture. Our room was a classic and it was very comfortable and quite large enough for us. The en-suite was bright, clean and fresh. We found all the staff to be extremely friendly and helpful and we enjoyed a lovely dinner in the Stable Bar.... More

We stayed there after completing the Coast to Coast cycle ride. It is a lovely hotel in a beautiful setting with very comfortable rooms. The staff were very friendly and the food was excellent. It was also very good value for money. This is definitely a hotel I would go back to.

Nice country house hotel not far from my business meeting in Consett and relatively close to Newcastle airport. I had room 103 which had a 4 poster bed with a jacuzzi in the bathroom and spacious walk-in shower. The bathroom looked like it had recently been upgraded and I have a good night's sleep. Staff was friendly and helpful. A... More
