My husband and I stayed for two nights in the La Rustica. Upon arrival you were made to feel welcome and we were helped with our luggage up to our room, we found the staff friendly, helpful and very polite, our room was clean and tidy, a good breakfast was provided and we ate in the restaurant on both nights... Positives , Clean , nice style to refurbishment , good food in evening and breakfast . location is in centre . Owner very helpful . Very good overall. Issues to consider- difficult to find in centre in maze of old streets ! Car park small and busy. dont take any debit/credit cards which after a few nights means you need... More

Very nice hotel one block off the main fussganger zone (walk platz street) in Wernigerode. The hotel is about 100-200 meters from Wernigerode's beautiful rathaus. La rustica hotel is quite possibly one of the best hotels i've ever stayed in. The place was out of this world.
