Here for 15 days on business. Large rooms with a bathroom a short walk down a hallway. Wireless was adequate although colleagues had to wander the halls to find a signal. Excellent German breakfast with eggs, bread, cold cuts, cheese assortment, juices, cereals, coffee. Friendly staff. Parking was an issue since the hotel also hosts events in their dining hall.... We spent one night at the hotel. We were accommodated on the second floor of the main building, there is also an annex. Stayed here 6 nights. Very nice place, with a very large room! It's across the street from a bowling alley and there are a lot of patrons who like to bowl. It's also next door to a McDonalds. Basically, the street noise was too much, even though we were in the back part of the hotel (there are two buildings).... More

Spent 2 nights at this comfortable but basic hotel. Weiden in der Oberpfalz is a lovely town but this hotel is slightly outside what you would consider the "main attraction" and it'sa tad more than walking distance. Having said that the staff are very friendly, service is good and also the food.
