I have got a large room 2 meters opposite the reception. Hotel is placed on the 6th and 7th flour as a part of shopping centre with no very representative surroundings. Stayed on route from UK to Italy. Staff spoke English and helpful. Free parking in shopping centre. Room was clean, large and good value. Breakfast was very good. No hassle at all. The only minor thing is finding the door to the hotel once you have parked. The hotel is at the entrance to the shopping car park (Rhein Centre)...
