As a last minute quick getaway before Christmas break we decided to go skiing for a couple of days. Living in the Netherlands Winterberg is the obvious choice if your short on time.

We booked 3 nights at the Fursthaus and stayed an extra night because it was so nice. It's a small family run establishment with a very nice restaurant and just a couple of minutes wander into the town of Winterberg.
