This is a very large hotel. Expect lots of people, everything professional, but on large scale. Location quite nice, close to the skiing area. Quite large, rooms, but small bathroom. Equipped with basic furniture, but quite comfortable beds. Sometimes it feels that there are too few elevators. Don't expect special flair, rather functional and rational service. Disco/bar inside the hotel,... More

Positive: - friendly staff - very clean - kids playing area - free parking Negative: - hotel is dated, and could use a major refurbishment - internet is not free. High speed internet costs 8 Euros per hour(!!). There is a free slow speed internet (max. 128kbs/sec) in the hotel lobby. But it is very slow. This slow speed internet... More

Main thing I like about hotel is the staff. They are very nice and helpful and make the stay much nicer. It's a huge place with lots of rooms. The elevators are very cool once you work out the one nearest your room but its a cool layout. The rooms are nice but maybe would benefit from a refresh but... More

Stayed here for a company do. It is a bit of people machine. Rooms are large but bleak. And then the bathroom is tiny. The balance of the space is wrong. The tv is very old. Not good enough for a 4* hotel. Food is not good.

We enjoyed a five night break at this hotel during Christmas. The hotel provided excellent food, children's activities, friendly & helpful staff and was walking distance (underground walkways) to the leisure centre, cinema and ice skating rink. The town was also within walking distance as were the ski schools. We had two days of snow where we took part in... More

We attended a conference here. The rooms were a good size for Europe with two good sized beds and a couch and work area plus balcony with a nice view. The bathroom was small by US standards but had a good sized, deep tub which was perfect for soaking after being on my feet for most of the day. There... More

Huge hotel with large dining and meeting facilities for conferences. Smaller restaurants with better than average food. Bowling alley and arcade games on site. Comfortable and large rooms, many with balconies and views. Located within walking distance to town with shops and restaurants. Surrounding open areas for hiking and biking in the summer, gondola ride to the summit, ice skating rink,... More

Stayed here for a business conference. The facilities were great and the food was good too. Not much to do unless you really like skiing.
