After booking this realised I had stayed here before, there is a much more pleasant feel about the hotel now, was upgraded to a bigger room, free wifi and a coffee machine in the room go a long way to keeping me happy! we stayed for 2 nights over Easter our room was modern, great view and small balcony so you have the window open. Reception staff were efficient and helpful. Stayed at the Ambassador and was not expecting too much as 2 previous hotels on trip were 4*. This was by far the best! Obviously refurbished but lovely room, marvellous food and the staff could not be nicer - helpful, accommodating and very pleasant.
