We stayed one night here. The hotel is somewhat plain, but it's comfortable and the room was larger than what we're used to in Europe. The bathroom was clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast is included with the rate and was very good. The dining room has an amazing view.

Our room was quite spacious and clean, the bed comfy and additional pillows were available in the room. The breakfast was fantastic and breakfast room was lovely with an amazing view! Drain in the bathroom backed up a bit and was unable to get much hot water in the morning but the shower was pretty good overall.

We stayed at the Hostellerie with a larger group. The Hostellerie is nice to look at itself and stands in the beautiful Gruyeres landscape. The Manager and her staff are very attentive.
