Hotel is easy to find, just when you arrive in Les Diablerets. Lots of parking space near the hotel. Rooms are clean and warm. The reception staff was very nice and professional. Breakfast was average, just a shame it wasn't included in the hotel price.... The room we had had a nice balcony, but I doubt you would find the... More

Clean hotel with large rooms. Decor is dated but then I think the prices reflect that. Staff were helpful but on Saturday we completely missed that they were cooking and though they were still serving they wouldnt feed us ! Showers were powerful and rooms were hot - wifi worked ok but not fast. Three minutes walk from the train... More

This hotel is located within walking distance from the train station. The staff was very friendly. My room was very warm and I had to open the balcony door (great view from there) as I could not find a thermostat. The biggest plus was the size of my room. I could dry my clothes, had a desk so I could... More

This is the 3rd time I have stayed at this Hotel. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. Slept with the balcony doors open as the heating is very impressive, despite it being -14'C outside!!! Great location, especially arriving by train as we did. Breakfast was adequate, but can't see why it wasn't included in the proce we paid. Will... More

We needed a one nighter to see the Diablerets Alpine Film Festival, and be "on spot" for a hike the next day up the new Trudy Trail to the Cabane of Pierredar. The staff was friendly, and despite a hitch in our reservation (our fault), gave us a room last minute. Mother and son were on call. The bed was... More

The restaurant was very good. The owners, Famille Pichard, were very helpful and the meals were the best in town. We ate there no less than four times and the staff was pleasant and accomodating if we wanted somethinfg a little different than what was on the menu. Prices were competitive and quality was above average. Also to note is... More

We stayed in this hotel as part of a Ski club touring weekend. The ski club tour was fantastic but the hotel was shocking. Our room smelt, the staff were rude and surely, there was no heating for drying clothes, there was no cooked breakfast and the boot room was freezing. definitely use the skiclub again but never this hotel.

For 120CHF for the double room (prepaid, non-refundable) I honestly did not expect much. But "Le Chamois" surprised me! A big room, a hot shower with good water pressure, even a little balcony with a view, friendly staff - I got much less for much more before! If you are not German, French or Italian-speaking, the TV selection will get... More

There is a parking available for customers and the service at the desk it was great. The rooms are relatively big. We went with our 2 kids, and had plenty of space. Very clean rooms and batchrooms. Breakfast is simple but they have a great bread. It only starts at 8am, which is a little bit late for us. There... More
