Clean, well presented hotel next to local pub where great food served. Ideal stay before cruise. Room spotless. Great location just outside the city limits. quiet. 10 minute taxi ride to the port. Staff friendly and efficient.

Excellent had a disabled room on the ground floor and there was plenty of room in the bedroom and wet room. Would recommend this to anyone who needs the extra facilities ie safety rails and handles in the bathroom and a seat in the wet room.

Premier Inn usual reliable standard of clean and friendly but I took my disabled mother and wheelchair access could be improved upon. I had to push wheelchair through the car park and negotiate speed ramps. The staff and service with in the linked Steak House was very poor. I doubt i would stay there again.

Same as all Premier Inns I have stayed at. Comfortable, Beefeater type restaurant next door. Rooms were good size with clean facilities. Staff were also friendly enough and quick check in/out. This hotel used to be good but now looking very dated. Shower pressure is very bad. Staff as usual good. Rooms are in need of updating. Chose this Hotel due to its proximity to my business meeting the following day. I normally rely on Premier Inns for the standard they normally offer.
