Used Advantage Plus free night to stay here & attend a 50th in Ryde. Chose this property as it allowed us to stay in the one (huge) room. Hotel is aesthetically pleasing inside & out with fabulously welcoming & friendly staff.

Mainly a business hotel with a very flexible shutlle service to nearby companies. The rooms are basic, the furniture in the room could need a refurbishment. The hotel has a nice outdoorpool and co-operates with a gym (fee: 8 AUD) just behind the hotel. In the area are shops and a fake samll lake with a few nice restaurants. Also...

Fantastic the staff are very helpful and nothing is too much trouble. Look forward to my next stay there. Kids and husband loved the heated pool and I like the full buffet breakfast. Location is handy to most things the room was comfortable and very clean

On arrival, the service at Reception was exceptional.
The staff at breakfast were very helpful even though it was very busy.
The rooms were of good quality, clean and the beds are extremely comfortable.
