We stayed one night at this hotel after a concert at the Hall for Cornwall. Our room was clean, tidy, warm and welcomining. Shower room was good but the tiles and grouting needed a good bleaching in the shower area. Breakfast was a huge disappointment. The Riverbank is located next to the Cathedral and very close to the city. Rooms are large and bright, with en-suite and mine overlooked the decking area and local stream. Staff are very welcoming, friendly and attentive to your needs, everything you need to make your stay a pleasant one, and for future visits. Highly recommended.
