After a superb day's cycling through the Mournes we arrived at Heath House. I cannot speak too highly of the hospitality offered by Eddie and Marie. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble and you were meant to feel part of the family. I and friend John will always retain fond memories of our stay in Kilkeel

My cousin and I decided on a whim to go walking in The Mournes. The night before we set off we called the McGlue's at Heath Hall and they were more than happy to take us in - even giving us a single room each for the same price as a twin! Our stay was really brief - just one... More

we stayed here last minute as the place where we were going to stay had no hot water or heating. We struck gold. The house is lovely warm and charming. Our rooms were cosy and an electric blanket and hot water bottle certainly helped. What really made this short visit though was our two lovely hosts - geniune people and... More

Wonderful B&B with the most welcoming hospitable couple you will meet - it was a joy to stay in their house. Look forward to going back there. Highly recommended.

Eddie and Marie took us in at short notice and late at night. We arrived to a roaring fire and lovely cup of tea. Breakfast was delicious and Eddie gave us a great map to see us through the next day. Thank you.

Sparkling clean, generous breakfast, beautiful rooms, spacious and fully appointed. the grounds are spacious for kids and the hosts will treat you like family. Both Mary and her husband are very kind and generous and will make you feel at home and... More

We were greeted by the McGlue with kindness and warmth. We stayed at Heath Hall for 2 nights and the McGlue's were very helpful with ideas of what to do and where to go. They went above and beyond our expectations with helpful hand drawn maps and direction. Breakfast was wonderful and tasty! Would highly recommend, they made us feel... More

This nice B&B was our first stop on a two week trip to Ireland. The owners of Heath Hall in Kilkeel, Mary & Eddie McGlue, were so nice to us during our 3 day stay. When we initially showed up a few hours early, not to check in, but to just say hi and let them know we made it... More

We three walkers were welcomed by Mr McGlue (Eddie) who made us feel at home with a pot of tea and delicious eats, in the absence of his good wife who on her return introduced herself and checked that we were completely satisfied with our accommodation. As Heath Hall is one and a half miles from Kilkeel we were warned... More
